The materials used can be stainless steel / galvanized / resin paint. Guide rails / bottom frame / headbox can be made of the same materials, colors, or mix and match. Instead of liquid paint, all iron parts are painted with powder coating, with over 50um thickness. (It aims to strengthen the anti-rust treatment of iron parts and increase the durability. when recycling scrap iron, there is almost no toxic gas generated due to high temperature)
Slats specification:
Both Stainless steel and Galvanized steel sheet are 1.5mm thickness. Thickness of Resin steel plate is 1.8mm. Guide rails specifications: Thickness is 1.5mm. Headbox specification:
Thickness is 0.8mm. Certification: Stainless steel complies with the relevant regulations of CNS-8499G3164. Galvanized or painted steel plate conforms to the relevant regulations of CNS-1244G3027.
